Volta on Pine

Volta on Pine is a mixed-use project located on two adjacent lots, near Pacific Avenue, 7th Street and Pine Avenue in Downtown Long Beach.  The mid-rise buildings, which will be linked together by a sky bridge across the separating alleyway, will vertically integrate 271 residential apartments, amenity spaces, and 1,300 SF street level retail across eight stories, and include a total of 341-spaces in two subterranean parking garages. The site location provides easy access to the business and entertainment options available in Downtown Long Beach.  The first building opened February 2021, and the second building is scheduled to deliver Summer 2021.
