CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18
Our Services are not directed to children under 18 years of age. we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 18.
If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on this Website, register on the Website, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or username you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under the age of 18, please contact us.

California residents under 16 years of age may have additional rights regarding the collection and sale of their personal information. please see the section below entitled “FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS” for additional details.

TYPES OF INFORMATION COLLECTED 
“Personal Information” is information that identifies you as an individual or relates to an identifiable individual.  The Services collect   Personal Information, including:

COLLECTION OF OTHER INFORMATION
We and our service providers may collect Other Information in a variety of ways, including:

     (MAC) address, computer type (Windows or Mac), screen resolution, operating system name and version, device
     manufacturer and model, language, Internet browser type and version, and the name and version of the Services(such as
     the App) you are using.  We use this information to ensure that the Services function properly.

-       When you download and use the App, we and our service providers may track and collect App usage data, such as the date
      and time the App on your device accesses our servers and what information and files have been downloaded to the App       
      based on your device number.
        ・Cookies
          
-       Cookies are pieces of information stored directly on the computer that you are using.  Cookies allow us to collect information
                 such as browser type, time spent on the Services, pages visited, language preferences, and other traffic data.  We and our
                  service providers use the information for security purposes, to facilitate navigation, to display information more effectively,
                  and to personalize your experience.  We also gather statistical information about use of the Services in order to continually
                  improve their design and functionality, understand how they are used, and assist us with resolving questions regarding them.
                       
We do not currently respond to browser do-not-track signals.  If you do not want information collected through the use of
                  cookies, most browsers allow you to automatically decline cookies or be given the choice of declining or accepting a
                  particular cookie(or cookies) from a particular website. You may also wish to refer to

        ・Pixel tags and other similar technologies
            
-       Pixel tags. Pixel tags (also known as web beacons and clear GIFs) may be used to, among other things, track the actions of
                  users of the Services (including email recipients), measure the success of our marketing campaigns, and compile statistics
                  about usage of the Services and response rates.
          -       Analytics. We use Google Analytics, which uses cookies and similar technologies to collect and analyze information about
                   use of the Services and report on activities and trends.  This service may also collect information regarding the use of other

       ・IP Address
            
-       Your IP Address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer by your Internet Service Provider.  An IP Address
                  may be identified and logged automatically in our server log files whenever a user accesses the Services, along with the time
                  of the visit and the pages visited.  We use IP Addresses for purposes such as calculating usage levels, diagnosing server
                  problems, and administering the Services. We may also derive your approximate location from your IP Address.

USES AND DISCLOSURES OFOTHER INFORMATION
We may use and disclose Other Information for any purpose, except where we are required to do otherwise under applicable law.  If we are required to treat Other Information as Personal Information under applicable law, we may use and disclose it for the purposes for which we use and disclose Personal Information as detailed in this Privacy Policy.  In some instances, we may combine Other Information with Personal Information.  If we do, we will treat the combined information as Personal Information as long as it is combined.

We may collect Personal Information and Other Information about you from the following sources:

Length of PI Retention

        ・Our sharing of your Personal Information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. If you would prefer that we             discontinue sharing your Personal Information on a going-forward basis with unaffiliated and affiliated third parties for their             direct marketing purposes, you may opt out of this sharing by emailing us at info@nashcommunities.com.   

DATA SECURITY
NASH has implemented safeguards as required by law to protect your Personal Information. Unfortunately, however, no information or data transmitted electronically, including information or data transmitted over the Internet or stored electronically should be assumed safe and secure. We do not and cannot guarantee or warrant that any information transmitted through the Internet is secure, or that such transmissions are free from delay, interruption, interception or error. ANY TRANSMISSION OF PERSONAL INFORMATIONIS AT YOUR OWN RISK. If you believe that the security of any information or data that you have provided to us has been compromised, please immediately notify us of the problem by contacting us in accordance with the “Contacting Us” section below. 

THIRD PARTY SERVICES
This Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, information, or other practices of any third parties, including any third party operating any website or service to which the Services link.  The inclusion of a link on the Services does not imply endorsement of the linked site or service by us or by our affiliates. 

In addition, we are not responsible for the information collection, use, disclosure, or security policies or practices of other organizations, such as Facebook, Apple, Google, Microsoft, RIM, or any other app developer, app provider, operating system provider, wireless service provider, or device manufacturer, including with respect to any Personal Information you disclose to other organizations through or in connection with the App. 

JURISDICTIONAL ISSUES
The Services are controlled and operated by us from the United States and are not intended to subject us to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country or territory other than that of the United States. 

Appendix A – Privacy Rights for California Residents
If you are a California resident, California law provides you with additional rights regarding our use of your personal information, as set forth in this Appendix.  California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code Section §1798.83) permits users of our Website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Deletion Request Rights
You have the right to request that We delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete(and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies.

• Make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it. 

Right to Correction
You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information maintained by us about you. Upon receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct the inaccurate personal information.

You do not need to create an account with us to exercise your opt-out rights. We will only use personal information provided in an opt-out request to review and comply with the request.  

Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information 
You have the right to opt-out of the use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information for anything other than supplying requested goods or services. You have the right to direct to limit the use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information at any time (the "right to opt-out").  To exercise the right to opt-out, you (or your authorized representative) may do so by one of the following means:

Please note that NASH can use sensitive personal information for the following purposes, and you do not have the right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information being used in the following ways: 

(1) To perform the services or provide the goods reasonably expected by an average consumer who requests those goods or services.  (2) To detect security incidents that compromise the availability, authenticity, integrity, and confidentiality of stored or transmitted        personal information, provided that the use of the consumer’s personal information is reasonably necessary and proportionate for        this purpose.  
(3) To resist malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal actions directed at the business and to prosecute those responsible for those        actions, provided that the use of the consumer’s personal information is reasonably necessary and proportionate for this        purpose. 
(4) To ensure the physical safety of natural persons, provided that the use of the consumer’s personal information is reasonably        necessary and proportionate for this purpose.  
(5) For short-term, transient use, including, but not limited to, non personalized advertising shown as part of a consumer’s current        interaction with the business, provided that the personal information is not disclosed to another third party and is not used to build        a profile about the consumer or otherwise alter the consumer’s experience outside the current interaction with the business.  
(6) To perform services on behalf of the business, such as maintaining or servicing accounts, providing customer service, processing or       fulfilling orders and transactions, verifying customer information, providing analytic services, providing storage, or providing similar       services on behalf of the business. 
(7) To verify or maintain the quality or safety of a service or device that is owned, manufactured, manufactured for, or controlled by the       business, and to improve, upgrade, or enhance the service or device that is owned, manufactured by, manufactured for, or       controlled by the business.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. The verifiable consumer request must:

• Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information     or an authorized representative.
• Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it. Before responding to a request by you, we will ask you to verify your identity using personal information you have previously provided to us, in order to protect your privacy. The manner in which we do so will vary on how you make a request and what is being requested. For example, if you submit an inquiry via email, we will respond with an email requesting verification. Otherwise, we may ask you verbally if you make this request over the phone (or in person). We may not be able to oblige all requests, as we are prohibited from disclosing some information.

You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child. 

You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. 

In the event that you are using an authorized agent to request a disclosure or the deletion of your information, we may request that you send us a signed letter, including your name, email, your agent's name, and your agent's email, authorizing your agent. We may then ask you to verify your identity with us by email before responding to a request by your agent. Alternatively, you may directly confirm with us that the agent is authorized to submit the request.
Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. Response Timing and Format
We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request for access, data portability, correction, and deletion within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option.
Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request's receipt, or the period following January 1, 2022, as you request. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
